Supporting the service divisions of leading high tech companies with two to four hour parts requirements, Choice understands the challenges and opportunities offered by stringent client requirements.



Choice Logistics is seeking customer service professionals to join our New York City based HQ operation to fill several roles:



Shift: Must have schedule flexibility. Shifts are off hours.



Control Desk Representative

• Ensure that orders are completed according to client specifications.

• Liaise with network partners to resolve service issues and communicate with clients accordingly.

• Maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.



Call Center Representative

• Responsible for taking inbound customer service calls.

• Accountable for processing requests via fax, web, and telephone.

• Able to differentiate a multitude of complex client specific requirements.

• Interact with other departments to resolves issues.





Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent experience in a busy call center/customer service environment.

• Familiar with a variety of the call center and customer service concepts, practices and procedures.

• Ability to work independently.

• Must be exceptional problem solver and think outside the box for creative and active resolutions.

• Possess excellent follow up skills.

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment.

• Excellent typing skills.

• A positive attitude.
